Why Knowing What to Do Does Not Mean an ADHD Brain Can Start
Why can you explain the task perfectly but still cannot make yourself do it?
From the outside, the answer looks obvious.
You must not care enough.
You are procrastinating.
You are being lazy.
You are choosing the easier thing.
You need more discipline.
But knowing what to do and being able to start are not the same brain function.
That is the part people keep missing.
The problem is the ADHD brain.
