Open the Quick Start Guide first.
Save the HTML file somewhere safe on your computer.
Double-click the HTML file.
It opens in your browser.
Start logging emotional events.
Export CSV backups regularly.
Chrome or Edge is recommended.
Important data notice
Your entries are saved locally in your browser on your device.
That means:
your data is not sent anywhere
there is no login
there is no cloud account
your data does not automatically sync across devices
clearing browser data may delete saved entries
switching browsers or devices may not transfer your entries
use the CSV export button to back up your data regularly
You are responsible for exporting backups if you want to keep your entries safe.
